Vineyard Oak Dressage Training is operated by Trainer and Instructor Stacy Sutton, focusing on the disciplines of both Classical and Western Dressage. We invite you to visit our Gypsy Horses page for more information on our Gypsy Horse training program. Stacy provides an all inclusive training environment for horse and rider through lessons, training, outside educational opportunities, competition coaching, and assistance with the day-to-day management of the horse. Stacy Sutton is committed to offer proven and effective teaching and training methods and is highly dedicated to providing professional riding instruction that is educational, personally rewarding, and fun. At Vineyard Oak Dressage Training, the atmosphere is relaxed and professional and the facility provides an environment where the physical and mental needs of every horse can be met. This ensures healthier and happier horses, as well as safer and more enjoyable conditions for everyone. We are located in Sloughhouse, California just minutes away from the Rancho Murieta Equestrian Center.
Both Stacy and her students enjoy competing at USDF/CDS Rated Dressage Shows, Schooling Dressage and Western Dressage Shows and Gypsy Horse Breed Shows throughout the show season. There are a number of both rated and schooling horse shows conveniently located within 10 minutes to an hour from the farm.
While we desire to remain a small in-house training operation, we welcome trailer-in lessons, and when available, we also offer Dressage Riding Lessons on our wonderful school horses.
